Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so for store credit within 30 days of when your order was received. All items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit.
All of our items are printed to order. We do not keep an inventory. If you would like a different size or color, you may return your item for store credit and then purchase the desired color or size. To do so, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ship your item to the address below.
To return your product, please mail it to: PO Box 29205, Indianapolis, IN 46229. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your store credit (for returns) or refund (for damaged or defective items) will not include shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Depending on your financial institution, it can take some time for your refund to be reflected in your account or on your credit card statement. Please check your bank account closely. If you still don’t see it, please contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within a reasonable time, please contact us at email@example.com.
